Since I have been a little under the weather this week, I decided not to attend the Ladies Night Out group from our church tonight. Larry did take me to town in the afternoon and I managed to get some shoes for the June wedding and a couple of other items that I needed. We split a Honey Bourbon Chicken plate in the mall while we were there.
By the time we started east, blowing snow was chasing us home. It never got too heavy and was finished by the time we arrived up the hilly driveway. The animals were all glad to see us and be fed.
I keep wishing for warm weather. At least for now, I must stay by the fire as much as possible and look forward to my trip to NM next month.....hoping to get some tan on my legs! I guess a girl never gets too old to think about that! At least Southern girls! and keeping her toenails polished! Ha Ha
